1. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

• Court reservations are confirmed only upon full payment and payment verification.

• Unpaid or pending reservations are not considered confirmed and may be released to other clients.

• Court bookings are valid only for the date, time, and duration reserved.

2. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

• Free rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking.

• Each booking is limited to one (1) reschedule only.

• Rescheduled bookings are subject to court availability.

• Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or changes made less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

• No-shows are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

3. LATE ARRIVALS & OVERTIME

• Players are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled court time.

• Late arrival does not extend the original booking period.

• Courts must be vacated promptly at the end of the reserved time to accommodate the next booking.

• Extension of playing time is subject to court availability and applicable additional charges.

4. COURT & FACILITY RULES

• Proper sports and court attire must be worn at all times.

• Maximum of 12 players per court

• Players must observe proper court etiquette and respect other players, guests, staff, and facilities.

• Children must be properly supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Only registered players and authorized guests may use the courts and designated facilities.

• The Pickle Farm reserves the right to stop play or ask any player or guest to leave the premises for unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

• Outside food & beverages are not permitted

• Applicable corkage fees may apply to approved outside food and beverages.

5. WEATHER & UNPLAYABLE COURT CONDITIONS

• In the event of heavy rain, unsafe court conditions, or other circumstances that make play unsafe, The Pickle Farm may suspend or cancel play.

• Affected bookings may be rescheduled or converted into court credit, subject to The Pickle Farm’s assessment of playing conditions.

• Weather-related decisions will be made by The Pickle Farm management based on player safety and actual court conditions.

• Players who voluntarily choose not to proceed despite the courts being declared playable will be subject to the regular cancellation policy.

6. LIABILITY

• Players and guests are expected to take reasonable care of the courts, equipment, furniture, and other facilities.

• Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional acts may be charged to the person responsible or to the registered booker.

• Players are responsible for their own personal belongings.

• The Pickle Farm is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal items within the premises.

• All players participate voluntarily and at their own risk and are responsible for determining whether they are physically fit to participate.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Pickle Farm is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or losses arising from the ordinary risks associated with participation.

7. EVENTS & COMMERCIAL USE

• Tournaments, organized events, clinics, commercial activities, photoshoots, and similar uses require prior approval from The Pickle Farm and may be subject to separate rates and conditions.

8. MANAGEMENT RIGHTS

• The Pickle Farm reserves the right to adjust court assignments when necessary for operations, maintenance, safety, tournaments, or events, while providing a comparable court whenever reasonably possible.

• Management may temporarily suspend court use when conditions are deemed unsafe.

• Repeated violations of facility rules or booking policies may result in the suspension of future booking privileges.
